In the summer of 2014, Yinchuan technology seminar was held as scheduled.There were more than 25 customers or construction professors attended.
The theme of this conference was the research on the thermal performance of foamed cement filled multifunctional composite block.
The foam cement filled multifunctional composite block is the sandwich composite structure wall masonry material, the single row or multi row hole concrete hollow block is the base, the concrete solid sheet is the surface layer, the foam cement is the thermal insulation layer and the connecting layer, and the base and the surface layer are connected by the tie pieces. The surface material is made of ordinary concrete, fly ash concrete, ceramsite concrete or recycled construction waste concrete which are the same as the base material, or the decorative concrete which has the same compressive strength as the base material cube, so as to prepare the decorative function.
And we concluded: Filled composite block is a kind of multifunctional wall masonry material with excellent comprehensive performance and excellent cost performance, which is in line with the development trend of the integration of wall material structure and function in the world. It has a good promotion and application prospect in those hot summer, cold winter and cold areas, especially for energy-saving buildings in villages and towns. It should be vigorously promoted and applied.
